Official Justice
Official Justice is like instant O.J.
If youve got the greenbacks
You dont have to squeeze the juice
Theres no payback, Jack
So dont sweat it
Beat it anyway you can, man
The verdict in
The jury out
America on line
Out of her mind
Her warped and rotten foundation
Breaking down the black and white
Of the constitutional right
Far-afield the wealthy and privileged guilds
Wait for the dawn
The melting pot, the Christian work ethic
The American dream and deMockracy
Have stalled people of color to labor
In the hood, the barrio, the frontline of the inner city
But not to give birth to their progeny and potential
What a pity, America
You work against your constitutional grain
Defects from some other mans plan
Aloof of my origin and freedom
I extend my hand for help and courtesy
But nonetheless doors are closed
As lady liberty strikes a pose
And your flag waves at half-mast for my progress
And the task ahead of me
